In July this year(2013) I applied for a 2nd line with vodacom, a sales consultant named Bonginkosi assisted me, I was under the impression the line is for a top-up contract, I would pay R279 monthly. End of August I received my 1st invoice, and was billed for over R2000. After numerous calls, and 2 disputes that I lodged, I was promised it takes up to 48 hours to resolve a query.
74 DAYS!!!!!! later and the query is still not resolved. I call in everyday for feedback, but never get response back.
