Vodacom has disappointed me so much in the past month and I cant wait for my contract to end with this spiteful network.
on the 21st October 2013, I released that my account was suspended (I have a data contract with them). I put the sim card in my cellular device to see what is going on and to my surprise, my account was over R1500 and over the credit limit, I called the customer care line and was told that I over used my data which was shocking enough but I do understand that these new smart devices are updating themselves. the lady at the department made it clear to me that my account will be active on the 1st November and payment for this amount of money will only go of at the end of the month. guess what IT is the 6th and its still suspended I called Vodacom and someone else told me that Vodacom cannot deduct more than R1150 from my account so I have to pay in the rest of the amount. (but you can charge me for the rest right)I was not told this by your 1st consultant.
I sent them emails and still waiting for an answer. they are so incompetent and truly the most spiteful network.
ive been an on time payer and they cant activate my account? WHAT I HEARD IS WHAT I WILL GET!
