Good day

I upgraded my contract with Vodacom during the April holidays to a BB Z10, but my bill went from R500-R600 to about R2500 - R4850 a month. I had a twin call because the Z10did not have whatsapp. I requested itemized billing and got that only sorted out September. On receiving the Itemized billing I have noticed various calls on my bill which I did not make because they range from as small as 1min to 1Hour calls. Please call me's and sms's to numbers I dont know.

I asked Vodacom to investigate and there responds to me was there is nothing wrong with my account, Even when I told them about the 1hour call, and that I contacted the person and she cant even speak English?

I have paid now 4 months accounts from R2500 to R3500 and when last months bill came to R4850 I said I refuse to pay until they sort this out. I stopped the twin call and since then I dont get the pls call me's and all the calls from the other person.

I reported this to the National Consumer Commission and I'm still waiting for a responds from them as well. I am just scared that I might get a bad name for not paying, while I am prepared to pay but not for such. I want a refund on all those calls.
