I have just recently decided to move from Vodacom and get a contract at cell c. On the 15/10/2013 (mon), I went on to there website and had a look around and I thought to myself Cell C is the way to go. Cheaper! Customer Service! And over all cellphone reception over 98% of south Africa! (so they said!!!). After 2 days of struggling with 3G being the slowest I have ever seen in my life (edge being faster). I took the phone back and they told me to give it a chance till Friday. Which I did and NOTHING changed. They took my phone on Friday for a 7 day repair. I have yet not seen my phone again and I am getting such bad customer service from Cell c. 4 times I have tried to enquire and each time I was told they are busy with another customer (which I understand) but they will phone me back as soon as they finished but I have yet to receive any call back and must once again waste my airtime or else I would never get any help. Is it not unlawful to advertise services, you cant fulfill just to trick people in taking up a contract? I feel tricked into taking up a contract that wont provide the services I need.
