I sent an email to [Email Removed] for a cancellation of the contract, no one called me to confirm that the cancellation has been done. Today when I called the call centre to find out if they have cancelled my account, the call centre agent told me that its still active. Come month end they will want to deduct money for something that I have no use of. I want to cancel the contract with immediate effect. I don't know how many times I have been requesting this and no one seems to care about a customer they just want to deduct money month end whereas im not even using the sim card, its not even working for that matter. I regret ever taking a contract with 8ta. I sent this report on the 29 October till today no response instead I received a statement saying I owe R415.50. is going on, I am going to get a lawyer to deal with this drama.
