I signed a 2 yr contract with Neotel which ended in September 2013 before my contract expired I contacted the call centre to make sure that they did not renew my contract or put me on a month to month contract. Unfortunately I do not remember who I spoke to nor the reference number for the call. The person at the call centre assured me that my contract will end in September and that it will automatically cancel and that I do not need to request for a cancelation. I noticed that for the last 2 months my account t was debited by Neotel I phoned in the call centre to find out if my contract was cancelled or not and she informed me that the contract is expired and that I am on a month to month contract. Firstly I agreed to a 2yr contract which was a waste of time now I know never to use the service of Neotel and internet speeds slower than dialup! Who gave yourl the authority to charge me on a month to month basis without even contacting me??? Bunch of!!!
