On the 23rd of October I have lodged a complaint with Vodacom Cape Town and this was their response,
(The matter will be escalated and a consultant will be in contact to assist with resolution.)
Up till now, (2 weeks later) not a single word from Vodacom.. If Vodacom does not comply with their promised service, I am going to stop my internet contract and then they can take me to court. I am trying since April 2013 to get joy out of them and kept all the evidence to proof it. I should have gone to MTN or Telkom instead. I can be contacted at 0827485536 and will assist Vodacom where possible.
