FROM PREPAID CHARGED ACCOUNT TO A CONTRACT WHICH I

I purchased a Once off Blackberry Service on the 24th of October 2013 and it did not activate my BIS. I phoned the call centre only to find out that my phone number was upgraded to a contract without my knowledge or instruction. How someone else did it on my ID number only Vodacom should answer but they can't. WHAT IS THE POINT OF RICA??? I have paid for my Blackberry Service but cannot use it as this contract is now hanging in the air. Call centre agents/consultants are useless. Since Thursday no feedback regarding my account was given. VODACOM IS USELESS!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR POCKETS AND THE WITH THE REST.
