I have taken out a cell c contract for my mum which is in her name, however linked to my banking details.
My banking details have changed from a savings account to a cheque account. This change in banking details took place from the 1st of August. Since then my bank, myself and my mum have contacted cell C on numerous occasions to update my banking details and as yet this has not been done. Numerous emails and communication has been sent, I even personally went to the Waterfront branch with my Mum where i upgraded her contract and re supplied all my current banking information and up to today they still have not made the neccesary changes. Today the 4th November my mum receives a message from Cell C that they will be suspending her account, if this happens i will be taking this matter further. I think it is absolutely ridiculous and quite honestly, irritating that i need to run after a service provider so as they can get THEIR money. The level of service and pathetic communication from Cell C is quite shocking and appauling. If this matter is not resolved i will be cancelling both my cell c contracts on the basis of incompitence.
