To whom it may concern
Please will someone from Vodacom assist me with my claim on my iPhone 4s.
I downloaded the new IOS 7 on Sunday the 06 October and my phone crashed. i took the phone through to the Repair store in Cresta Shopping Centre and one of your technicians advised me it is because of the version of the upgrade and MANY phones had crashed.
I went back to collect my phone and claim on my insurance and a sales clerk advised me that they did not have any stock of iPhone 4s (discontinued) and no iPhone 5.
I was then informed that I had to source a phone. I called the following stores which did not have stock:
Cresta
Clearwater
Sandton
Voda World
Everyone said that they would receive stock within that week and I received no call. I then called the repair centre at Cresta and asked if someone could please please assist and I was told to call back because the consultant was busy. I asked for him to call back and he said NO. I asked for the manager and he told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. I eventually got very irritated and the consultant offered to call me back which he didnt.
I was also told to get a samsung since there was no stock.!!! Please help!!!
