Nxatel billing for no service

Nxatel telesales called regarding my Telkom service. I cancelled the deal immediately when I realised this offer had nothing to do with Telkom. I did not receive the equipment from Nxatel however they debit my bank account R568.68 for the past 5mths.

I have emailed Nxatel numerous times and they say the problem is resolved and they will refund the monies but this is not actioned instead I'm further debited at the end of the month.
