Not told I needed to do my own sim swap

Recently, I upgraded from a Nokia brick to a brand new Samsung S4 Mini, but unfortunately, when the upgrade was done and I had paid for my new micro sim (since I had a old bigger SIM card), I went home and waited for the Sim Swap to take place and for my new phone to work. This morning, two days later, I checked with your Helpline (17 minutes holding) to be told no Sim Swap is active or recently done. I think the consultant dropped the ball and didn't swap my number OR he didn't tell me I needed to do it myself. I am slightly annoyed since this has prevented me from using my new phone for 2 days now and probably another 1 day because of the time it takes to swap sim cards. I couldn't complete it either because the Sim Card number is at home, but at least your consultant said he will phone me back at 6:00pm to swop it. I am holding thumbs
