Sick of paying for a phone I never have!!!

I am seriously unhappy at the moment!! After being a customer for 8 years, I now have problems with my Blackberry 9790. I have sent it in four times to be repaired and they send back a refurbished phone with the same problems. The last time, the phone was sent back exactly as it was sent in without anything being done to it as the proximity sensor did not work and it still does not. I have left several messages on Nashua Mobiles Facebook page and every time they come back with the promise that someone from the customer care department will contact me to try and resolve the issue. It is more than a week now, and nobody has contacted me. They said that I need to go to my nearest branch and ask them for a loan while my phone is being repaired, but I am honestly not happy with the they want to offer me to use while my phone with the repair centre for three weeks to a month at a time and comes back untouched!!! I am paying for a phone I never have in my possession!!!
