Incorrectly Billed 3 TIMES!

I took out a new contract in July and requested the contract be cancelled/taken out of my father's name and put into my own name.

I provided ALL the correct documentation, to Shaam, the first time I went into store, only to have my father's account debited TWICE with my monthly fee in August and September. I then went into the store and again signed the same documents, with Shafira, to have the account put into my name.

She confirmed that the procedure had now been completed and in October my account would be debited. AGAIN, my father's account has been debited for the month of October!!! I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience caused, the two hours I spent in store (away from work), or the petrol wasted to go in for a second time.

I refuse to go in again to rectify the situation, when it just boils down to pure incompetence from the Cell C staff... that TWO people can't do their job correctly.

I would like my father's account reimbursed with my monthly fee, that was incorrectly deducted for October. The fee needs to be deducted from MY account. Quite frankly, I am appalled I should even pay Cell C anything for this 3 month mess up!!!
