I upgraded in Feb 2013 to a BlackBerry 9320 curve on Top up 100.End July took phone back as scroll button did not work, after 3 weeks rec back with scroll button fixed but casing damaged by repair centre gave handset back rec back more than 2 weeks later to find was replaced with a refurbished handset. I took handset back again the next day as I could not connect to Facebook or BBM. Again it was replaced with refurbished one. I refused to accept this and handed box with handset and all accessories in. After a month I followed up at MTN in Standerton and again I was given a refurbished handset. Again I refused to accept. I reported the matter to their area branch, spoke to Avisha. She promised to see what she can do. When I phoned her on 23rd Oct she told me that my phone was at MTN Standerton. and I can pick it up. Once again it was a refurbished phone. I was so disappointed because not once did MTN Standerton or Avisha give me feedback I was the one that hasd to keep on phoning and Avisha to me in saying that it is a new handset. I then contacted the owner on MTN Standerton, Bennie. He promised to assist. He still has not called back. I feel they broke & they should replace it
