False Advertising, Poor Service, Breach of Contrac

I have recently moved to Bedfordview, where apparently the signal of CellC exists, but doesn't work. I have called the 0841555555 number countless times for assistance with my 3G sim. Of all the calls, not one person was knowledgeable nor willing to assist. CellC "claim" to have the fastest network, yet no signal. Both my iPhone and 3G card are CellC contracts. Both say 100% signal. Both say 3G. Neither can connect. I have wasted more data trying to obtain signal. I DEMAND a refund on my data, as well as cancellation of contract with immediate effect because as far as I am concerned, CellC has breached their service promise. At times I can't even make a phone call with FULL signal. I have logged a network fault, 3 weeks ago... NO response! This is bull. Tired of paying for service!
