Seems Impossible To Pay a Bill!!!

I cancelled my account at the beginning of the year and was called THIS month by a Telkom agent who says I owe an amount exeeding R900. This is even holding back my car finance applications due to NO communication from Telkom until now. I finally was able to confirm online that the correct amount due supposedly is R491.49. My most convenient payment method would be EFT. However NOWHERE on the Telkom website has the relevant bank details reflecting. I have scoured the payment/ billing pages and NOTHING. I have tried calling Telkom to obtain details and agents are 'not authorised' to give out this information??? I am gobsmacked at how difficult it is just to pay a bill! Suffice to say I have NO regrets about cancelling Telkom's service or lack thereof. If somebody out there acn confirm bank details of Telkom so I can make this bill go away... let me know!
