Customer service epic fail

I have now called Vodacom 3 times and still no call back! I called for a simple problem but I was unlucky enough to get Manyeka to answer my call. She gave me complete incorrect information and when I asked for a copy of the recorded conversation she dropped the phone in my ear!!!
I called back and got to talk to a not so helpful team leader Themba. This after I asked to speak to a supervisor, I get a team leader..! Themba agreed to get Manyeka's team leader to call me back as well as get his superior to send me an e-mail which states that they do not give out copies of the conversation recordings. STILL NO CALL BACK FROM ANYONE!!!
I called a 3rd time and got through to 1 of the call centres in CT... the manager... well lets just say I am getting pretty old waiting FOR SOMEONE FROM THE OH SO HELPFUL VODACOM CALL CENTRE TO CALL ME BACK! Again... the manager also dropped the phone in my ear. It was confirmed by Themba (in your recorded phone calls) that you need to call a customer back when the phone drops... So that confirms YOU ARE LACKING IN CUSTOMER SKILLS AND CLEARLY BASIC MANNERS TOO.
My last Vodacom contract for sure!!!
