Who it May Concern,

I have been with MTN for more that 6 years now, never have i been billed for a promo service fee, i don't even have an idea of what an Promo Service Fee is, i always have a problem with my Debit order it never goes off as what i instructed, then the 808 service i have tried calling for the last 2 days no response, i tried more then 15 times, not one of my calls i held for less than 10 minutes, the best of all is the one call i was on hold for more than 25 minutes and still no one answered the phone, i would like to know what the is going on my with my account and how do i benefit from this so called promo service fee. i am not happy at all, the way i am feeling at the moment i will cancel my contracts with MTN and i wont pay anything further, at the end of the me as a customer i don't only pay for the goods that i have received but i would also like some quality service with that, i have not received a bill in the last 3 months so how do i know what i am paying for is legit at the end of the month? hope we can resolve this matte
