I have had my blackberry 9360, which is on contract, gone into Cell C since July 2013 for repairs. Each time it comes back, the device still gives the same problem, and each time I have to send it back, however I have been billed for the repairs, but the problem is still continuing. Whenever I phone the callcentre, I am promised that my phone will be prioritised, and this problem will not happen again. I called on Tuesday to check on this again, which I am now being told that the problem has been outsourced, seems like Cell C cant fix it, been promised that a consultant will call me, till to date that has not happened. I have been very patient, but this seems like a neverending story, was never even offered a replacement to use whilst the phone is supposedly being repaired, seems like I will not be renewing my contract with Cell C, totally appalled at the Repair Service which Cell C offers.
