Last month I complained that my account is Shaped the whole month (from the 1st to the 30th )-No one contacted me or replied to my post.
This morning my clientzone shows once again I'm shaped, and this is the first day of the month! How is this even possible! This problem started when you guys introduced mobile Internet.
The fact that you guy cannot even respond to a complaint is pathetic.
