It took 2 weeks to complete, approve and load an internet deal that is advertised in all their brochures. The only thing they managed to do, was deliver my modem because I insisted due to the delays and bad service.
Now that I have my modem, I either cannot connect or only the first page of a website loads and then I get error messages. I called the store on Wed, 23 Jan to complain and was told by the new manager Kalil that he would log the call and someone will call me the next morning. Of course this didnt happen and I had to follow-up on Friday afternoon via sms. I received an sms from a different number that a technician would call in 72 hours - more waiting. The technician called Monday, 28 Jan to make an appointment for Tuesday morning, 29 Jan. He called at 9am to advise he was at the gate of the complex. I had advised that my mum would be home to let him in. Well guess what, its 5:07 and I have not received feedback from the technician, neither has the store manager returned my call. Wonderful!!!
