Oken Promises, poor service

Cell c direct, phoned me for a new Cellc contract, as it was the first account I was to open. I spoke to 1 of the best sales person who did not give me any hassle named matthew ngwenya. Gave me the required service. I currently use a prepaid sim card which is registered on my sisters name and I was informed that the number I requested will be contract. After receiving my phone, I called cellc direct to do the sim swap. Unfortunately because the sim card was not rica on my name I had to go to a cellc store and send through a change of ownership before my requested number could be on contract. The change of ownership was done and faxed to cellc direct twice. Upon phoning cellc direct back after 2 days to find out if I could perform the sim swap. I was informed that the number is still not registered on my name. After numerous calls I was asked to phone between 8-5 in which is working times for myself. Its Been 1 month. My first installment is paid. I'm using my contract phone with a prepaid sim card. This is certainly not on. Cellc cannot help - I will have no choice but to do a cancellation and switch to a new network.
