Cancelled and still getting billed for Device

I have received extremely poor service from Vodacom for some time now (Nothing new), but eventually a lady by the name of Susan Monaise from CEO Offices contacted me and agreed to cancel 4 out of the 5 contracts i have with Vodacom. The settlement came to the amount of R 1556.00. Device settlement R 660.00 for unit 27767171268 and R 896.00 for unit 27715203686. I paid the amount and the contracts was cancelled. But now on the 03/10/2013 Vodacom raised an invoice to the amount of R 660.03 for the Device settlement of 27767171268. WHATTTT!!! I have already settled this account and three others. Vodacom, Please credit this money on the account and please give me the Device settlement amount for cell nr: 27723887649. I want to cancel my last contract aswell, I am now totally fed up with Vodacom. Susan is now ignoring all my emails and it is extensively hard to get hold of her at all times. Today i spoke to 15 People and guess what, A bunch of Pathetic people as no one could assist me. Vodacom think their customers is a Joke, WAIT until they have no customers left then we will see. They are frustrating people unnecessarily and could not give a rats. I want out of all this...
