Incorrect amounts billed on invoice

May 13 Autopage ran an advert for the new Samsung S4. Monthly subscription R399. Incl. 100minutes, 100sms/mms & 1GB data. Free simcard & no connection fees. I applied online for this offer. Eventually received my phone on the 24th of Jul 13. Waited almost 3 months. It was activated on the 26th of Jul.
With my Aug invoice I was billed pro-rata for the last week of Jul 2013. Which makes sense.
Also struggled for almost 2 months to get Autopage to load my data correctly. After numerous phone calls and a visit to a branch outlet.
Now all of a sudden on my Oct 13 invoice I get billed for "OHTER CHARGES". I called Autopage and was just transferred from one department to another. A formal query was logged on the 14th of Oct. Stating that Autopage will respond back within 24/48hours.
Two weeks later I called them again. But the query was still under investigation. I then received a sms message from Autopage informing me the query was resolved and the charges were correctly billed. The charges are for "initial payment on activation".
Simcard and connection fees were free on this special offer? What exactly are you billing me for? These charges should be reversed.
