Incorrectly blacklisted by Autopage

I had an account with Autopage which was closed in December 2011 after the contract came to an end - cell number was then migrated to prepaid. Nearly 2 years to date, the account has been re-opened without my knowledge. I am now listed on on ITC due to this for an amount of R75.00. Surely someone from Autopage could have notified me. CAN SOMEONE FROM AUTOPAGE CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS.
