When your cell phone provider sends you an SMS on the 31st of a month to tell you that your account payment is overdue... AND THEY THEMSELVES HAVE IT ON DEBIT ORDER FOR THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH AND HAVE DONE SO FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS...
