No reception and no response

To whom it may concern,

I complained about reception that suddenly became very poor during the week of the 16th of October. Telkom Mobile sent a technician out to our house and confirmed that the reception was poor and that there were other complaints as well. I phoned again at the beginning of this week for feedback on the matter but no one has contacted me yet.

I have not had a problem with reception for about two years and nothing in my surrounding area, pertaining to buildings and trees, has changed.

I want them to either do something about the reception or give me my money back since they are not delivering. Google's web page can't even load with their poor reception.
