I have had the 8ta 10gig 3G contract now for more than a year. Had one or two problems, sorted out quickly. The last two weeks my 3G started getting very slow, and for three days did not work at all. I called the call centre numerous times, tried re-registering the service, tried using the sim in a different phone, even did a sim swop at Woodlands 8ta in Pretoria. New sim was tested in store, and worked intermitedly and only recieved 2G.
I was told that apparently there was a problem in the Pretoria east area with 3G reception and this will be fixed.
Till date, two weeks after my internet had gone almost completely useless the problem is still there. I want this problem sorted out, and I dont feel like contacting the call centre again, because it does not help.
