I have account 801541 with mweb. you host my company website and database, as well aprovide me with ADSL line and host all my company emails. My website (which i have just spent R400 0000 on re-designing last month) deleted from your servers. I am also told by your technicans that MWEB DOES NOT KEEP ANY BACKUPS - so my entire website, and new design, is lost for ever.
I can not phone you, as you take morethan 24 minutes to answer a call on 0877000777, on number 0877012100 o got cut off 4 times.
What makes matters worse - is i had to let MWEB know my website is deleted - you did not even know yourselves. When i eventually got hold of Allison in cape town, she cant find my account at all. So in this case i will stop paying for all sevices - as per your system - i dont exist.
i want my website restored - WITH THE NEW DESIGN I PAID FOR - or you will pay for a new design.
Plus i want you to confirm that you do not do any backups - so that i can let the press know about this
