A few months ago i received a call from Nashua Mobiles Legal department asking me if i plan on paying my Nashua Mobile account, i immediately informed this person that this is a definite case of as i do not have a contract with Nashua mobile or any other Cellphone provider for that matter.
I was then told that i need to go to the Police Station to get an affidavit but refuse to do so because as far i know Nashua Mobile did not need me to open the contract and there for should not need me or inconvenience me to resolve this matter...
The furthest i was prepared to go was to the Canal Walk branch to see the documentation "i had signed", needless to say IT WAS NOT MY SIGNATURE! They had all my personal information along with a copy of a licence belonging to... NOT ME! There was also a hand written note stating that i give this person permission to take the contract out on my name. At no point was i called to find out if i had allowed this.
As far as i can see, Nashua mobile will open up a contract for anyone aslong as they have any bodies information and a hand written note.
Once again, i was not needed at all to open this contract! and will not inconvenience myself
