This is my second report regarding MTN on the same issue. MTN have been stalling paying back my money that they illegally took out of my bank account for over a month now. Their newest thing is to ask me a bunch of security questions, one of which is a MTN PIN. I don't have one. I have had this account for 15 years, and no PIN was ever issued to me. Saying that- you know you took my money, you know you have to pay it straight back into the same account that you it from- so just do it it!!! This is pathetic and disgusting. No wonder my whole company changed to Vodacom.
