I COLLECTED MY NEW BLACKBERRY ON THE 17 OCTOBER 2013 FROM ALTECH AUTOPAGE RINK STR, PE. I REQUESTED A SIM SWOP FROM VODACOM TO MTN. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE TWO TO THIRD DAYS FOR THE OLD SIM TO BE DEACTIVATED AND THE NEW SIM TO BE ACTIVATED. ON THE 21 OCTOBER 2013 THE OLD SIM WAS STILL ACTIVE AND THE NEW ONE HAD NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. I STARTED TO FOLLOW-UP AND AFTER FOLLOWING-UP DAILY THE OLD SIM WAS DEACTIVATED ON THE MORNING OF THE 26 OCTOBER AND THE NEW SIM WAS ACTIVE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE NEW SIM WAS NOT RICA AND THE BIS WAS NOT ACTIVATED. I COULDN'T'T GET ANYBODY TO ASSIST ON THE 26 OCTOBER SO I FOLLOW-UP AGAIN ON THE 28 OCTOBER 2013. THE SIM WAS IMMEDIATELY RICA, BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE BIS TO BE ACTIVATED. I HAVE QUERIED THIS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. TOMORROW I WILL HAVE MY NEW BLACKBERRY FOR TWO WEEKS. A BLACKBERRY THAT IS TOTALLY USELESS TO ME WITHOUT BIS. I FIND THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED SHOCKING AND I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY EVERYTHING TAKE DAYS TO RESOLVE AND WHY IT MUST BE QUERIED SEVERAL TIMES, BEFORE BEING RESOLVED. IF AUTOPAGE CANNOT GET THIS MATTER RESOLVE TODAY I DEMAND THAT THEY TAKE THE CELL BACK AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
