Deductions from account for airtime not received

To Whom it may concern

I am furious!!! I purchased 2 vodacom vouchers via the OTA system on the 28th January 2013, a R29 and a R12 voucher. The money was deducted from my edgars account, however I STILL did not receive the airtime, I WANT this sorted or further steps against you will be taken!
