Cell C has or Lost my phone

In May i sent my phone in for a software upgrade. I was told 1 week. 3 weeks later I get a call to say the phone is ready. I go in and pay R475 odd to get my phone back. They brought the phone out and it didn't have a battery. They said I had it. I said I didn't. Then the man said he will send it back to Joburg because sometimes they takes the batteries out and don't return them. Joburg would send me a new battery. Each month thereafter i went into the store twice monthly to get my phone back. I even reported it to Head Office who said it was ready EACH time, but every time I went in "no sorry, we can't find it". Then on Sat 26 Oct I get a call from to find out if I was happy with my phone after I had collected it from the store. I hadn't set foot in the store for over 3 weeks. So the store blatantly to their Head Office about me collecting it. I'm now at wits end and don't know what to do. I'm going into month 6 without a phone. I just don't have the energy to fight with them anymore. I just want my phone back. I'm paying for a phone i don't have. Please refund the money I paid for the repairs and then on top of that please give me a new phone.
