Autopage cellular are pathetic! Sent a 1 yr old Blackberry in for repairs on 02/09/13. Its been almost 2 months and haven't received the device or ANY feedback yet. The call centre says it was dispatched back to the store on 10/09/13. The store says they haven't received it yet. WHERE IS MY PHONE???!!!
Called the call centre again. Explained my problem. She promised to get her manager to call me back urgently. This was a week ago. I'm still waiting. Left a request on their website regarding the problem. Got an automated response that I will be contacted within 24 hours. And a week later, I'm still waiting.
Now, would Autopage like it if my bill was 2 months in arrears?
I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years. Paying my bills in full on time every month.
I have 2 contracts with them which I will be cancelling as soon as they're over.
