Autopage-service provider or no-existent service

I hope people never consider signing a cellphone contract with autopage. I have been with autopage for the last 12 years. Things went horribly wrong the last two years. I have a debit order and all of a sudden I saw tripple the normal monthly amount going of my account. I was told that I am subscribed to all sorts of services like Zuma mobile and a few more. These are things I know nothing about and it doesn't even appear on my phone. Autopage had the nerve to say they have nothing to do with it and that I had to sort it out on my own. Where did the so-called company's get access to my account? I payed autopage and they would give the money to the "Zuma mobile" company.
Today yet again trying to solve a problem I was sent from one person to the next. No autopage shop could help me. My phone was send back (still under guarantee) I was told it would take 10 days. I was told I would get a new phone, after a month I started investigating. No one knew where my phone was, not the new or the old one. I am now trying to cancell my contract. I would be easier giving birth! I am now the one that is in bridge of contract?? Cpa?? The consumer protection act in S.A. Does it exist?
