I've looked at Hello Peter and see I am by no means the first person to be suffering the impossible task of canceling a Cell C contract, so I had to add my voice to the dissatisfied masses.
I went into Cell C to fill in the paper work and cancel my contract. I was given a reference number and told it was done. The beginning of the next month I was still debited for my contract. I called customer care and they told me they had no details on their system saying my contract was canceled. I canceled it AGAIN and they said they'd reimburse me the last debit order that shouldn't have gone out. They assured me my debits would stop.
And lo and behold today - another debit goes out. I have been trying to cancel this contract for 4 months and they are still TAKING MY MONEY. For a contract I no longer use. And have begged to get out of. What is WRONG with this company?
