7 day return policy / poor service delivery!!

My experience with Vodacom Woodlands was appalling. I currently have 5 different contracts with Vodacom. I upgraded a contract on the 12/10/2013 - if something happens to the phone within 7 days, I would get a replacement Samsung S4. The screen froze on the on the 18th and we took the phone back on the 19th to the Service Centre in Menlyn - within the 7 days period. The phone was taken in and I received an sms that the phone was repaired, on collection the screen still froze. Then the worst customer service experiences of my life started. On Wednesday the 23rd I took the broken phone back to Vodacom in Menlyn. After standing in a queue again I enquired why I did not receive a new phone within the 7 day period? No, I have to take the receipt that I received from the Service Centre, proving that the phone was in taken within and go back to the store in Woodlands. At Woodlands Vodacom point blank refused to replace the phone as I did not give it in within the 7day period? I had to drive back to Menlyn again... find parking again, stand in the queue again- just to book the phone in again. This whole debacle took 4 hours out of my day, with poor service delivery and plain rudeness. CPA?
