I went to Mtn just over 2 weeks ago. I tried to open a contract for a Samsung S3 but after 3 days they told me that apparently I am not a permanent employee at the company I work at. They claimed to have called my company to check but were told I didn't work there. I checked with my company and they had received no calls confirming my employment. I asked Mtn to try process the application again because there must have been some mistake. A week later I had heard nothing from them so went into the shop again and was told my application had been rejected again and that I would need to supply a letter from my company stating that I do in fact work there. Still nobody had phoned to check my employment as they claimed. I sent the letter through and received no word after several days. I phoned the store and was told they would let me know. After several more days I went in to the store again and was told the application was still being processed. I was then notified several days later that my application had now been accepted but the phone that I wanted was now 'discontinued' and that I would need to come in to choose a new deal and phone.
