I lost my phone two weeks ago, and have submitted insurance claim forms to MTN insurance on Monday 21 October 2013. I have tried calling MTN insurance call centre, but one hold for at least an hour until you drop the line! No response whatsoever from the call centre. I have faxed the claim forms every day since 21 October 2013, I even emailed to email address provided. Each time I checked with the automated call centre, I get response that my forms have not been received and you are provided with the fax number to fax your forms, of which I have done at least 5 times! Last week I even emailed the forms to an agent at MTN SP and asked her to faxed it for me to the Insurance department, which she did, but still no response! All I need is MTN to process my claim forms and let me know how do I get a replacement phone. It has been a frustrating two weeks, and disappointed with my "trusted" service provider, MTN
