I was always told, you will wait ages for Telkom and don't even bother, but with the Help of Charl Olivier my ADSL installation was done in a week. Thank you for that!
Although I must say the call center is a nightmare, one lady was rude with me and I waited almost two hours to get to talk to someone, just to be directed to someone else.
