Dont waste your time with Vodacom!!!

About 3 months ago we got 2 x Samsung Galaxy S4 phones, on the weekend I noticed that my Samsung phone's battery is starting to swell. We call the "customer" care line and got told to got to the Vodacom "repair" shop in alberton. because the phone is less than 6 months old they will test the battery and replace if need be. So I took off work to go the "repair" shop. Only to have to most unfriendly, unhelpful and go yourself attitude person behind the counter. That insisted that the phone needs to be booked in. I told this person what I was told by "customer care" and the attitude was I don't really care if you want it fixed book it in. We left the store and phone "customer care" only to have some person by the name of carloine with an attitude also not willing to help and told us that a supervisor would call back. MMM sure they will been there done that got the t-shirt they don't call back they don't care. I now am going to be resorted to buy a pirate battery as I am not prepared to wipe my phone to have it sent away for a faulty battery, clearly warranty does not hold ground &Vodacom are rather use MTN, 8ta or even Cell C don't use Vodacom they don't CARE!
