You are Ripping me off again

You disconnected my sim card in the month of September yet you still managed to charge me three time my normal bill, how is that even possible? This is not the first time you are doing this and I'm honestly sick and tired of your billing, I am not a cash cow and I want you to explain to me how do I manage to use over 2Gig of data, get disconnected and still pay three times my normal bill.
