Illegal upgrade

Good day

I was given a upgrade, which i did not take out. i will not comment on the bad service received as it seems the direct line is ran by consultant as I was told that there's no supervisor on the floor as I refused to speak to consultant because of their incompetence.it took me a nearly two days to get the the matter sorted out, however i still requested a letter in writing regarding who opened the application and who authorised the application, Precious Khewla promised that i would receive my written response, till date i have not received anything.

I need my response as soon as possible.
