I have been a customer of Altech Autopage for just over 16 years. In the last year I have never been so dissapointed in service I got from Altech Autopage. I upgraded in March 2013 and I got the Blackberry Z10. The phone's audio speaker was not working after 5 months and I sent the phone in for repairs in mid September. After 4 weeks I got my phone back (24/10/2013) only to reialise that the audio speaker is worse than before. I took the phone back the very next day (25/10/2013) and ask them if they could repair the phone as soon as possible because I use the phone for bussiness. I still had no reply from Altech Autopae.
