Credit not passed as promised

Hi there

As per previous report on 11:07:09 | Fri 13 Sep 13, I was informed that credit will be reflecting on my account in Sept 2013.
There is no credit reflecting on the MTN Active site or on my statement. It seems as if this was ignored.
According to a previous response from MTN, a credit was passed on my account for the amount of R2272.80.
