WORSE THAN BEFORE

I took my phone for repairs, saying my Battery that is not charging the way its suppose to charge, it will say its on 2% but when i just put it on charge, hardly 5 min, that it says 100%, when i just press a button, than it goes back to Battery low, they said i must pay R540.24, witch i did on the 7 Oct 2013, MY CELL:0842505280, on WENDSDAY i collected the phone at Maponya mall, THE PHONE BATTERY is still the same, even worse, they didnt even look at the battery, AND I HAD TO PAY R540.24, NOW THE PHONE JUST SWITCH OF WHILE I AM BUSY ON THE PHONE, FOR NO REASON, it doesnt goes BLANK for a long period of time, before it deside to charge again, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE R540.40 IS A LOT OF MONEY, TO STILL BE SITTTING WITH A HANDSET PROBLEM, THAT IS EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE..I AM gone forward this to ALLEN CRAIG KNOT, because this is unfair what CELL C IS DOING TO THERE CLIENTS, PAYING FOR SO MUCH MONEY, FOR RUBBISH... I JUST CANT WAIT TO PORT M NUMBER... MY MONEY BACK OR U FIX THE PHONE... I HADLEY GOT THE PHONE FOR 10 MONTHS... BUT I AM NOT GONE LEAVE IT HEAR
