DO NOT TRUST VODACOM! For 5 years useless vodacom has been illegally deducting insurance premiums, which I did not agree to or order, from my bank account to the tune of R4 424, 00! The reason I never picked this up is I can never get regular statements from this useless vodacom! I demanded a refund and received
R1 659, 00 wihthout explanation! When I confronted this useless vodacom they said take it or leave it. I warned this useless vodacom I would continue to fight them until I received a full refund! Now I discovered that this useless vodacom is illegally deducting installments for a laptop I never ordered or received. I know I will never received a full refund because there is no honesty in this useless vodacom. NEVER TRUST VODACOM OR GIVE THEM A DEBIT ORDER AS VODACOM IS TO IRRESPONSIBLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
