Broken phone

I booked in my phone by MTN where my contract is. My phone fell and broke.
MTN gave me a quote R 1313. to repair my Samsung S3. I paid the money they requested, they send the phone back broken. Now they refuse to assist me. This is ridiculous I already paid for the repairs! ( The cell phone number below is my wife's as MY PHONE I BROKEN)
